For a late arrival, it is recommended to inform the hotel in advance.
Payment is made according to the booking conditions agreed at the time of reservation.
A deposit may be required to confirm the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the booking provider's deadline.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card and cash, subject to the travel agency policy.
Any additional services or charges not included in the selected package must be paid separately at the hotel.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, may be subject to 100% of the booking amount being charged.
Any refund will be processed according to the applicable booking and payment conditions.
